• Minimum acceptable density is 7 lbs per cubic foot
• Minimum chargeable weight 500 lbs net

  20ft general = 6000 lbs

• Delivery to either store or residence, normal access and not above 1^st floor
• Complete unpacking, setting up and removal of all waste packing
• 5 days storage

SERVICES EXCLUDED

• Customs Duty or Sales Tax
• Quarantine Examination Fees, currently A$86.00 per half hour of officers time
• Fumigation charges if ordered by the department of Health and any associated charges
• Demurrage or Bond charges resulting from late receipt of documents
• All Port/Terminal Handling Charges including BSRA, APCA, CFS, LCL sorting or break bulk
• Special Services - Carpenters, electricians, cabinetmakers, plumbers, etc.
• Extensive Re-Assembly of Furniture and similar items
• Handling of Pianos, Pool tables and any other item requiring additional staff
• Difficult deliveries requiring additional staff or ferry vehicles
